[Trace Explorer] Standalone spans should not appear in explore until it's supported in trace view

Steps to Reproduce

Search for ui.interaction.* spans in trace explorer
Click on the id's for the spans in the table and see that they are not in the trace waterfall

Expected Result

Spans that can be discovered in explorer can be seen in trace waterfall

Actual Result

Standalone spans are indexed for exploration but are not currently shown in the trace waterfall
