Outputs of print statements not displayed in form after update of Jupyter Extension 2024.11.0 -> 2025.1.0 #12

Expected Behavior

If project is run for the first time, one output when executing the cell in the form should be:

Extra column selected: NB
First run initialized

And after submitting an entry, should be (assuming no error):

Processing...
Done

Actual Behavior

No output.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Make sure the recommended v2024.11.0 of Jupyter Extension is installed.
Run cell in eevveerryyddaayy.ipynb and submit an entry.
Update to v2025.1.0.
Run cell in eevveerryyddaayy.ipynb and submit an entry.

Specifications

Python Version: 3.12.1
Template Version: v1.0.0-beta.2
Jupyter Extension v2025.1.0
