Newbie Vulkan run-time question ...

Ok, writing my own tool using Llama.cpp. Builds without error (finally!).

When I run it, system (entire laptop) grinds to a halt and I get the following error message:

[OBS] 
graphics-hook.dll loaded against process: RPG_Llama.exe

[OBS] 
(half life scientist) everything..  seems to be in order

[OBS] 
OBS_CreateDevice: could not get device address for vkGetSwapchainImagesKHR

How in the programming hell do I fix this? Someone point me at a solution, pls!

So you just run llama.cpp and this comes up and keeps llama.cpp from running? You might want to ask OBS about it, as it seems related to the way they inject their stuff into every app to make them available for recording
