Newb Question. How can I pipe the results of only the transcription to a text file?

I transcribed an audio file, beautiful work again. Thank you!

But, how can I pipe that generated text transcription to a text file?

I only want the text, maybe the timestamps, not sure? But definitely the text.

Debian based linux here.
