Release version numbering

Since a while the version numbering has changed.

Instead of a (probably) well tested release I now see only build numbers that are created with high frequency, sometimes daily or more often.

Are there releases like v1.7.4 still to come out or do we have to live with those high frequency build numbers in the future ?

The releases with the format bxxxx are built for each push to master, similar to how it is done in llama.cpp. The real releases will continue to follow the normal versioning format like v1.7.5.

Now that I think about it, maybe for whisper.cpp it does not make much sense to have the per-commit releases, since the functionality here does not change very rapidly, as it does in llama.cpp. I guess we can either make these intermediate releases 1 per week or to be triggered manually. @danbev WDYT?

Yeah, that makes sense to me. I can remove these build releases and keep the manual and real releases, and I can clean up the releases page too (deleting the build releases).

I've opened #2986 for this. Let me know if it is alright to delete the old intermediate builds.
