Purge/bot trigger

So it would be really cool if you adding in a setting in the config where the bot has an option to get triggered by other people it would come in really handy for servers using the mod stuff also if you could add in like logging for edited and deleted message maybe include it in the webhook setup also is it possible to fix the purge and or clear command so I can delete messages in dms without the bot not doing it
