Some stacks want Loki and Prom, but has an external Grafana already.
Today Grafana is implicitly installed if Loki, Prometheus or Tempo is enabled.
This relation is not visible on the UI, nor in the schema. We should make it visible, and controllable too.
Some people don't want Grafana in their cluster as they use a federated Prometheus setup, and do dashboarding elsewhere.
This should happen in the stack-definition.yaml, not in the individual schemas - since they don't know about each other.
