I'm trying to set up my Xerox multifunction device to use Authentik LDAP as the address book.
I was able to do it in the past and it worked, but since a version of Authentik some time in 2024, it stopped working - unfortunately I did not notice early enough to know which version exactly, and downgrading seems to not work.
Currently, when I try to connect from the Xerox LDAP client to Authentik LDAP, I only get the following error in the docker log of Authentik: 2025/03/05 10:36:45 len(packet.Children) < 2
This error message seems very unhelpful, I did not find anything about it over the internet.
I can also try to use secure LDAP, which gives: 2025/03/05 10:38:46 handleConnection ber.ReadPacket ERROR: tls: no cipher suite supported by both client and server
This more clearly points to some incompatibility issue. Any way to allow other ciphers?
Is there any way I can debug it from the side of Authentik - activate any more verbose log?
Let me add that the LDAP is fully operational together with a freeradius client, so it works, just not with the Xerox printer.
