Upgrade path - from what version to what version

Hi, I am sure you wrote it somewhere, but I cannot find instructions on the upgrade path, can you link me the source?

For example, we have a Docker Swarm setup:

We have version: 2025.2.4

Latest is: 2025.4.1

What's the upgrade path?

2025.2.4 => 2025.4.0 => 2025.4.1

or

2025.2.4 => 2025.4.1
