Correct spam prevention with Captcha stage

I use authentik as Public SSO Profider for my offered services, now I have installed a captcha stage at the registration because I get countless spaam accounts every day, unfortunately this has hardly helped. I still get several spam accounts every day. I have integrated hCaptcha into the example registration flow that can be downloaded from the website.
