Describe the bug
When connected to a machine using the RAC, when attempting to click or hover over something, the action isn't immediately performed, and the connection is lost for a short while before the session is restarted.

This may be a weird interaction that's caused by having multiple policy/group/user bindings on the endpoint, and/or multiple users connected to the machine at the same time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Setup an RDP connection
  2. Login to the machine
  3. Play around for a little bit
  4. Connection will fail similar to attached screenshot

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to use the machine without connection issues.
It also appears that the longer I have the window open, it takes longer and longer to connect again and allow me to continue the session.

Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Version and Deployment (please complete the following information):

  • authentik version: 2025.2.4
  • Deployment: docker-compose

Additional context
I have 2 groups bound to the RAC endpoint that I was connecting to.
I initially connected to the machine, then disconnected, and then someone else connected to it and noticed the issue.
They then disconnected and I connected to the machine, and was still having the issue 5ish minutes after they disconnected.
