Display artifacts in a front end using a deployed agent engine

I can't find much documentation on displaying and managing cloud saves artifacts. I know that we have the in memory artifact service and the cloud service, but I can't manage to see any artifacts in my cloud buckets saved, the artifacts display when using adk web on a local agent but not on one that's deployed. Are there specific configuration steps I'm missing ?
