Refactored the local experiment runner (BuilderRunner) to eliminate the need to build a unique Docker image for each generated fuzz target, significantly speeding up local testing.
Modified local build, run, and coverage steps to use the standard OSS-Fuzz project Docker image, passing the generated fuzz target source code into the container at runtime via Docker volume mounts (-v).
