This PR removes the deprecated
ethabidependency and migrates the codebase toalloy.Closes #5669
The
ethabi::Tokenenum has fewer variants thanalloy_dyn_abi::DynSolValue, so the EthereumValueKind enum was extended to support function pointer kind.Todos
