Correct metadata

There’s couple Minor mistakes to be corrected:

• Rating is not calculated (this is probably a separate issue)
• Recipe shows python type and pointer, not recipe name
• Gain should be reported
• Bias-t should be reported
• protocol is not set

Recipe name was fixed in #98. The rating is now calculated properly.
