Fedigroup v0.0.1 Alpha release

Hey all,
I am releasing Fedigroup as an alpha release. Lots of stuff does not work, and the UI is confusing, but you got to start somewhere.

The reason I think its time to release is that the federation side of thing works.

You can:

1. Log in using your MastodonAPI account (tested on Mastodon and Pleroma)
2. Create groups
3. Follow those groups
4. Mention them

What you mention gets boosted and saved to the database for future searches.

There is also a basic UI that lets you view all public groups and talks.

I also hope this Proof of concept might onboard people to help me code this since it was a long process just to get this far.
