Hey @kp2099,
Thanks for the PR, the link to the loading specs is good for awareness and troubleshooting, but I would add examples of how to build and install your plugin for testing it.
Since the guide is based on the scaffolding repo, I would suggest running make dev as an example, and another more hands-on example with packer plugins install would do nicely.
