🚀 Self hosting ntfy on Railway

Railway is only one of the many alternatives to you setup your own server. I've choosen it because of its simplicity. Following it's a list of other things you will need to deploy.
- An account on Railway
- A Dokerfile containing the instructions for downloading ntfy image from DockerHub.
- NodeJS installed in your machine with the latest versions of npm.
- The Railway's CLI installed with npm.
- Some budget available to let the railway service running. In developers tier, you have $5.00 free to use every month and then you are charged on a consumption base after this free credit be used.
