<p>Thank you for visiting our website. This website is owned and operated by Intellex Group Pty Ltd (ABN 55 668 589
900). By accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which
include our <a href="./privacy-policy.html">Privacy Policy</a> (Terms). You should review our <a
href="./privacy-policy.html">Privacy Policy</a> and these Terms carefully and immediately
cease using our website if you do not agree to these Terms.

In these Terms, 'us', 'we' and 'our' means Intellex Group Pty Ltd (ABN 55 668 589 900) and our related bodies
corporate. Mentor means a person who has created an account through the Become a Mentor sign-up process on this
website. Mentee means a person who has created an account through the Become a Mentee/Join Us/Create Account
process on this website.

<h2>Registration Terms & Conditions</h2>
<p>By registering as a Mentor on this website, you hereby unequivocally and unconditionally undertake to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Act in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations where you are based. All mentors who offer services
to
people under the age of 18 may be required to provide evidence of working with children checks (and
equivalent)issued by the appropriate local authorities.</li>
<li>Agree to Intellex's Terms including these Terms and Conditions and <a href="./privacy-policy.html">Privacy
Policy</a>.</li>
<li>Acknowledge Intellex has the right to suspend your account indefinitely if there is a breach of any conditions
listed here or elsewhere on the platform. There is no requirement for Intellex to provide reasons for any
suspension.</li>
<li>Provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. Failure to do so on a repeated basis may result in
your account being suspended.</li>
<li>Acknowledge that payments will be held in escrow and released upon completion of booked session with mentee.

<li>Provide services to the best of your ability and in accordance with standards to be expected of a reasonable
person in their position.</li>
<li>Act in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Intellex has no tolerance for harassment, abuse or
inappropriate behaviour.</li>
<li>Acknowledge Intellex may record video sessions for both quality control and safety monitoring.</li>
<li>Agree to not promote your own services or products through Intellex's platform in any way without the express
written permission of Intellex's admin team.</li>
<li>Agree to not arrange alternative non-Intellex off-platform for Mentees or solicit Mentees on Intellex's
platform for your own business services.</li>
</ul>
<p>By registering as a Mentee on this website, you hereby unequivocally and unconditionally undertake to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Agree to Intellex's Terms including these Terms and Conditions and <a href="./privacy-policy.html">Privacy
Policy</a>.</li>
<li>Acknowledge Intellex has the right to suspend your account indefinitely if there is a breach of any of the
conditions listed here or elsewhere on the platform. There is no requirement for Intellex to provide reasons
for any suspension.</li>
<li>Provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. Refunds may not be issued if cancellations are made
within 24 hours of the booked session time. Please contact <a href="mailto:admin@intellex.academy"
target="_blank" class="email-link">admin@intellex.academy</a> for more information.

<h2>General Terms & Conditions</h2>
<h3>Registration</h3>
<p>
You may need to be a registered member to access certain features and services of our website.

When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name,
email address and other relevant information. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We
will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our <a href="./privacy-policy.html">Privacy
Policy</a> available on our website.

When you register and activate your account, you will be responsible for choosing the user name and password. You
are responsible for keeping this user name and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity
carried out under this user name.

older but under the age of 18, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian
to make sure that you and your parent or legal guardian understand these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian
