feat: terms and conditions is now a page
more consistent experience for user rather than reading pdfs that are linked. enables users to go back to home page as well using the icon in the header (expected pattern i'd say)

| <p>By registering as a Mentor on this website, you hereby unequivocally and unconditionally undertake to:</p> | ||

| <li>Act in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations where you are based. All mentors who offer services | ||
| to | ||
| people under the age of 18 may be required to provide evidence of working with children checks (and | ||
| equivalent)issued by the appropriate local authorities.</li> | ||
| <li>Agree to Intellex's Terms including these Terms and Conditions and <a href="./privacy-policy.html">Privacy | ||
| Policy</a>.</li> | ||
| <li>Acknowledge Intellex has the right to suspend your account indefinitely if there is a breach of any conditions | ||
| listed here or elsewhere on the platform. There is no requirement for Intellex to provide reasons for any | ||
| suspension.</li> | ||
| <li>Provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. Failure to do so on a repeated basis may result in | ||
| your account being suspended.</li> | ||
| <li>Acknowledge that payments will be held in escrow and released upon completion of booked session with mentee. | ||

| <li>Acknowledge Intellex may record video sessions for both quality control and safety monitoring.</li> | ||
| <li>Agree to not promote your own services or products through Intellex's platform in any way without the express | ||
| written permission of Intellex's admin team.</li> | ||
| <li>Agree to not arrange alternative non-Intellex off-platform for Mentees or solicit Mentees on Intellex's | ||
| platform for your own business services.</li> | ||
