+ corporate. Mentor means a person who has created an account through the Become a Mentor sign-up process on this
+ website. Mentee means a person who has created an account through the Become a Mentee/Join Us/Create Account
+ process on this website.

Registration Terms & Conditions
+By registering as a Mentor on this website, you hereby unequivocally and unconditionally undertake to:

- Act in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations where you are based. All mentors who offer services + to + people under the age of 18 may be required to provide evidence of working with children checks (and + equivalent)issued by the appropriate local authorities. +
- Agree to Intellex's Terms including these Terms and Conditions and Privacy + Policy. +
- Acknowledge Intellex has the right to suspend your account indefinitely if there is a breach of any conditions + listed here or elsewhere on the platform. There is no requirement for Intellex to provide reasons for any + suspension. +
- Provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. Failure to do so on a repeated basis may result in + your account being suspended. +
- Acknowledge that payments will be held in escrow and released upon completion of booked session with mentee. + Please contact admin@intellex.academy for more information. + + +
- Provide services to the best of your ability and in accordance with standards to be expected of a reasonable + person in their position. +
- Act in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Intellex has no tolerance for harassment, abuse or + inappropriate behaviour. +
- Acknowledge Intellex may record video sessions for both quality control and safety monitoring. +
- Agree to not promote your own services or products through Intellex's platform in any way without the express + written permission of Intellex's admin team. +
- Agree to not arrange alternative non-Intellex off-platform for Mentees or solicit Mentees on Intellex's + platform for your own business services. +
By registering as a Mentee on this website, you hereby unequivocally and unconditionally undertake to:

- Agree to Intellex's Terms including these Terms and Conditions and Privacy + Policy. +
- Acknowledge Intellex has the right to suspend your account indefinitely if there is a breach of any of the + conditions listed here or elsewhere on the platform. There is no requirement for Intellex to provide reasons + for any suspension. +

General Terms & Conditions
+Registration

+ You may need to be a registered member to access certain features and services of our website.

+ When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name,
+ email address and other relevant information. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We
+ will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy
+ Policy available on our website.

+ When you register and activate your account, you will be responsible for choosing the user name and password. You
+ are responsible for keeping this user name and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity
+ carried out under this user name.
