Describe the feature

The website directly lands on the Login page when launched. This will create an unnecessary burden on the new users who would first like to explore what the website is all about. Thus, a welcome page explaining the concept of website should be added that opens up as soon as the website is launched by the user. In this way some users who would back off due to login would be able to understand the concept of the website and a fascinating page will push them to login and go ahead.
