A Microsoft extension is stepping on our online help capabilities.
If you install and enable the Extension Pack for Java (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=vscjava.vscode-java-pack) it takes over the SHIFT+F1 hotkey even inside an ECL file.

This disables access to ECL online help.

In an ECL file, VS Code should recognize that the context is ECL, but it doesn't.
