SerialPlot v0.13

• Ported to Qt6 (6.4)
• Run commands with F1-12 keys
• ASCII reader can parse HEX values (@boris-papevis) , accepts arduino style 'label:x' values (@bsilvereagle) and multi character delimiters (@mmatthe)
• few other minor fixes
