Is there a way to have the changes picker show changes across all open buffers and filter to unique lines?

Basically I'd like to use the changes picker to show changes from all open buffers, not just the current one, and to also only show changed lines rather than positions. I dug through the documentation but couldn't find anything suggesting how I'd do this. Do I have to write a custom picker? Thanks.

changes is a very simple picker, it’s the output of neovim’s :changes command, unless your changes are in that output you’d have to write a custom picker.
