Fzf-lua "Unable to open file" coming from search keymaps

I open up the keymap search (<leader>sk by default). As soon as I start to scroll down in the picker dialog (arrow key down), I get multiple warnings of this type:

[Fzf-lua] Unable to open file 'C:\Users\Kurren/AppData/Local/nvim-data/lazy/blink.cmp/lua/blink/cmp/keymap/apply.lua:18', error: ENOENT: no such file or directory: C:\Users\Kurren/AppData/Local/nvim-data/lazy/blink.cmp/lua/blink/cmp/keymap/apply.lua:18

This appears multiple times with many different files. The files at these paths all do exist. I notice that fzf-lua can't open a file with a line number with a colon at the end, so does this mean it's an upstream bug and the line number at the end should be removed?

What's <leader>sk, it's :FzfLua keymaps?

You can debugprint here, if stripped="C:\Users\Kurren/AppData/Local/nvim-data/lazy/blink.cmp/lua/blink/cmp/keymap/apply.lua:19" then nothing would be wrong. Sadly I have no windows PC

There is no problem opening entries with line/vol from search (grep), that’s how fzf-lua knows which file to jump to.

The issue here is different, it seems your paths are mixed both backslash and forward slash, fzf-lua can use both and heuristically determine which separator to use, can you post your settings, the keymap definition and other info we can look into why your paths are mixed.

Would also help to see a screenshot of the picker right before you press enter and see this error (or is this just in the previewer)?
