给每个文件增加一个md5值，支持在上传时选择开启或者关闭文件去重功能。

查找了文档，也看了2.8.5的更新说明有增加通过文件md5禁止上传的功能，但是设置中挨个看了个遍也没发现在那里可以设置，还望告知一下具体操作，谢谢
