Motivation

Change DirectCentralDifference to be able to compute multi physics problems (thermo-mechanics).

Design

Users will have to designate what order each variable is. New time integrator will apply central difference or forward Euler automatically.

Impact

Thermo-mechanical explicit dynamics in MOOSE.
