Describe the bug
The Scheduled Reminders settings UI (at least) is not aware of the repositories accessible to the team this way, so it's impossible to configure a reminder for such a team.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1- Set up a team
2- Give that team an Org-role that grants write to all repositories

3- Try to configure a Scheduled reminder for this team for all repositories

Expected behavior
The reminder should save and work

Actual behavior

The reminder cannot be saved:

There was an error: No repositories visible with the selected settings and teams

Selecting repositories also does not work:

Screenshots
I know this is it not being aware of Org-role assignment, because assigning a a repository normally,
