bodc: updated file uri & label

Description

Closes Issue #457

• Changed P01 collection to P02 collection (contains 468 subjects)
• Updated preferred label to be used instead of alternative label in subject text
• Renamed bodc to nvs

invenio vocabularies import --vocabulary subjects:nvs --origin "http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/P02/current/?_profile=nvs&_mediatype=application/rdf+xml"
