segment fault occurs when running the insert_tactile instructions given in tacsl.md

i ran the insert_full_state successfully but when i ran the insert_tactiule and insert_wrist,both of them crashed at IsaacGymEnvs/isaacgymenvs/tasks/base/vec_task.py,at about 288 lines, the call to create_sim runs well inside but seemedto failed at the last return command

does anyone knows how to solve it,thanks for any help
