What is the Issue?

After the machine is on for a while after screensaver turns on, the Mac frequently freezes and a reboot is not triggered by watchdog. The Mac will remain in this state until I manually reboot it with the power button. Upon booting up and logging in after the restart, the Apple " your machine has rebooted because of an error" dialogue pops up.
Here is the report from one of the reports:

What steps have you taken to troubleshoot this? Please include messages from Discord, logs, and screenshots.

Changed the mouse and keyboard from wired non-apple and broken(scroll wheel didn't work) to wireless apple keyboard and trackpad. As suggested to do so as the first troubleshooting stem suggested by multiple guides example. This issue predates installation of 3rd party apps so I have not tried that "fix."
