[Documentation] Finish Install (and Configuration)

This issue is a request to document how to actually finish the install of jellyfin and configure it

Why?

Currently the documentation leaves a reader confused as to how to finish the jellyfin install.

For example, in Linux I install the package and start the service with one of the many options described here:

...but then what?

Solution

The documentation should state which config files need to be edited to finish installing jellyfin.

If a database needs to be created and username/password entered somewhere, this should be explained. If this is not necessary, then the section of the documentation which describes the "Jellyfin Install" should explain that the database was already created (and where it was created).

If there is some configuration wizard to finish installing jellyfin, then the documentation should explain what command they need to execute to use this wizard. If there is no cli way to finish the install/wizard, then the section of the documentation which describes the "Jellyfin Install" should explain that there is no way to configure jellyfin from the cli.

Finally, the very end of the "Jellyfin Install" documentation should state how one then loads the jellyfin UI from a client. So the user is ready to proceed to the next steps of the documentation.
