v11 Compatibility --- Searching status causes overlap in filtered statuses

All in all, this work reasonably well with v11.
However, when searching/filtering through the effects that can be placed on a token, the height of the individual elements gets changed/modified and results in multiple statuses occupying the same physical space on the screen.

This is more of an annoyance than anything else, as this can be "fixed" by further filtering/typing to get down to just one status so there's no longer an overlap (as there is only one status)
