Marked Does Not Appear in Editor Menu

I'm using the latest versions of Marked and Nova, but no matter what I do, I can't seem to get Marked to show up under Editor > Preview In. I only have one version of Marked installed on my system.

@skeskali As far as I know, there is no way for an extension to manipulate the Editor > Preview In menu. It isn't clear to me exactly what heuristic Nova is using to populate that menu with applications.

But I thought the extension was supposed to add Preview in Marked to the Editor > Preview menu?

That would be ideal, but is not currently possible via a Nova extension, so it sits at View in Marked 2 on the Editor menu.

Then perhaps the Readme should be changed?
