Terraform cloud multiple environments with same sentry project

Hello guys,

I'm trying to configure sentry_project on our terraform with Terraform Cloud in a way that I could have one single project for multiple environments and use the sentry env configuration.

We have two environments: production and test; with the following structure.

|--- app/sentry.tf         # sentry project
|--- dev/app.tf            # team:backend, application:foo,  and other env specific vars
|--- production/app.tf     # team:backend, application:foo,  and other env specific vars

In the app/sentry.tf, we have the following configuration:

resource "sentry_project" "default" {
  organization = local.sentry_org
  team         = local.sentry_team
  name         = "${local.team}-${local.application}"
  slug         = "${local.team}-${local.application}"
  platform     = "python"
  resolve_age  = 720
}

The issues that I'm facing is the following:

1. Terraform cloud plan and apply on dev creating the sentry project. OK
2. Terraform cloud plan on production to create a new sentry project instead of using the one created in the dev env. Not OK
