Auto-open debug message

I'd like to try a workflow where the debugbar would auto-open when there are any debug messages. Is that possible? Any pointers as to how to make this work?

I like the idea. Usually debug messages are temporary and you intend to look at them so I think it makes sense. I'll have a look!
