P2SH wasm javascript example

I'm having
difficulty in figuring out how to implement an transaction send and later spend with time lock using P2SH.

I could send a transaction, but I don't know how to spend the generated UTXO.

I think a simple example with 2 steps, one creating a p2sh transaction and other using the utxo to send this utxo's kaspa to p2kh would help any developer in quickly implement and customize its script.
