Feature Description

We should publish generated API docs for api-syncagent (mostly the PublishedResource spec, I guess), same as we do for kcp.

Proposed Solution

Copy the CRD doc generation part from kcp and adjust where necessary. Since we copied the overall docs process it shouldn't be too different.
