Little difference between algorithms/arrays and test_array.py

It is really tiny issue.. But, I find that although algorithms/maths has test_maths.py at algorithms/tests and, queues has test_queues and etc.. However, algorithms/arrays has test_array.py file without 's'. If you don't mind about this, please just closed it. I know it is really tiny issue. However, I just want to alert it.

Because it will violate the python's native api when we import the file name array. That is reason why we put s at the end of the file.

@aig031 thanks for pointing this out. I've been thinking about this as I was building docs.
@danghai I think we can roll back everything to the old way without s, since now every api has "algorithms" namespace.
The way we name things it right now is not so consistent I feel.

So, Will I move files in arrays to array, maths to math, strings to string, queues to queue, and some test files to remove s on name and the import? I will PR soon.

@keon I finished tasks, however as I already PR two array algorithms, so it makes me hard to PR this tasks. So if you don't mind, please check my lastest PR, and I will PR this immediately.
