Feature Request: Prologue/Introduction Scene Numbers

Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be really nice to have a sub-toggle for the option of "Show scene numbers in Scenes tab" that enables the count to begin at zero (0, 0.1, etc.).

It would afford writers the opportunity to draft a prologue/introduction without creating a +1 offset to their count, should they have a need for those structural elements.

For simplicity, the option could also carry a plain-language description to better indicate its purpose for new users or users that update or alternatively just label the toggle 'Include Prologue/Introduction'.
