update gyrification measure

With native-surf we could use an updated gyrification measure.

I have an implementation now (just tidying it up before drafting a PR) that uses the deformation to a heavily-smoothed surface ("de-gyrified") to quantify gyrification, as the surface area ratio between original and de-gyrified surfaces.
