Add rendering for SPDX Licenses

SPDX is a unified approach to describe and reference licenses (see SPDX license list). It would be nice to render some information:

• Name
• SPDX id
• Acronym
• Related URLs
• Maybe: OSI approval?
• Maybe: Is this license deprecated?

I don't think that the text fits into the limited form factor of the PID component.
