test_problem: read_vals ignores depth coordinate in init_iterate_fname #32

The question is what to do if the depth coordinate in init_iterate_fname differs from depth in depth_fname.

Maybe the default should be to exit.

However, it would be useful to regrid, if a switch is activated. One application of this feature is using a spun up solution on a coarse grid to initialize a spin up on a finer grid.
