I'm encountering an intermittent error in yabai running on macOS 15.4. With approximately 10% probability, the following error appears in the logs when launching any application:

workspace_application_observe_finished_launching: could not subscribe to activation policy changes for ...

This error occurs randomly but consistently across all applications.

Environment

• OS version: macOS 15.4
• yabai version: yabai-v7.1.13
• Installation method: brew

Expected Behavior

No errors should occur when applications are launched.

Additional Information

• The issue happens with all applications, not specific to any particular one
• Error frequency is consistent at approximately 10% of application launches
• This issue is critical as it prevents window management functionality - windows affected by this error cannot be managed by yabai
• When this error occurs, the application windows remain completely unmanaged by yabai
