Currently the ruleset for cloud readiness only support Java ( both Windup and Konveyor )

Previously we build some rules in Windup to assess cloud readiness of dotnet workload
windup/windup-rulesets@1f01938

but could merge back as the the focus was moved to Konveyor
windup/windup-rulesets#904 (comment)

I am opening this issue if someone can review and help to convert these rules to Konveyor analyzer-lsp format.
