KubeOne: Document well-known addon parameters

As per [a PR discussion](https://github.com/kubermatic/docs/pull/1517#discussion_r1328387767), we have plenty of "well-known" addon parameters across our KubeOne addons. We should document them properly in a central place (just as #1517 started) in [content/kubeone/main/guides/addons](https://github.com/kubermatic/docs/blob/master/content/kubeone/main/guides/addons/_index.en.md).
