First release of the Whole Antarctic Ocean Model

First official release of the Whole Antarctic Ocean Model (WAOM) after 4 years of development by Ole Richter, Ben-Galton Fenzi, David Gwyther and Kaitlin Naughten in the framework of Oles PhD. WAOM is based on the Regional Ocean Modelling System (ROMS v3.6).
