This restores the commands:
validatorsandnode(nowadminsubcommand of kwild).This also adds a plain secp256k1 signer and authenticator (identifier is pubkey like with ed, and it does not use Ethereum's "personal sign" text hash schema, only a sha256 of the message i.e. binary serialization of transaction body).
