I think the link for the MPIDE code needs to be updated

Here's a wiki page from ChipKit with download links for the 0023 builds:

Will update the link in the README.

Though the date is not identical to what has been tested, and it seems that "0023" is just a major version number of sorts, with the date functioning as a minor version number. So these are likely not identical to what has been tested. Unforuntately I can't find an older link (manually modifying the download URL by typing in another date gives "access denied", tried that!)
